August 1999 - Articolo 31 concert in Torvaianica

This is the first cartoon I made ever published on a local newspaper (“Il Paese”), back in August 1999.
J-ax: “Cause spraying walls is art” (*)
Other guy: “Boss, don’t get upset: someone made our Rolls Royce… an artwork”
Sprayed on the car: “Freedom for writers” etc.

(*) Statement pronounced by J-ax during the concert, supporting writers. Who has become, meanwhile, well payed artists with the explosion of Street Art in Western cities.
